Payment Methods
We
accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and PayPal®
as payment for your on line purchase using our secure server
connection. Simply place your item(s) in the Shopping Cart
and Checkout. Alternately, you may make your purchase by
phone. A phone in order can be processed using Visa®,
MasterCard® or Discover®. We will accept your bank
draft (check), however shipment of your purchase will be delayed
until funds have cleared your bank. International payments
must be in US funds.

Shipping Options
In most
cases we will ship in-stock items the next business day following
your confirmed payment. Special ordered or back ordered items will
usually ship within three weeks unless otherwise notified. Please
allow up to 7 business days domestic transit time when taking
advantage of our low cost UPS Ground shipping option. Other
shipping methods are available at an additional cost to you
including USPS Priority Mail, shipper selection, guaranteed
delivery times, and delivery to addresses outside the continental
U.S. All available shipping options are presented to you
during the on line Checkout process.

Packaging
We want
your artwork to arrive in pristine condition. We professionally
wrap your purchase in layers if protective padding sufficient to
withstand a challenging intercontinental land/air door to door
delivery schedule. All interior voids are properly filled to
prevent shifting of the contents while in transit. All of this is
packed in a box specifically designed and tested for stacking
rigidity and drop damage resistance. We go to the extra trouble
and expense to pack your artwork as if protecting an expensive
family heirloom.

Return Policy
Your
satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will do all
that we can to make your purchase an enjoyable experience.
If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase,
contact us for return authorization within 15 days of
receipt. You will receive a fast and courteous refund of the
purchase price once we have received your return. The return
must be in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping,
handling, and insurance. In case of shipping damage, please
retain original packing materials for claim purposes.
